About this service
A website for an accounting firm tells companies and sole traders what you take on: bookkeeping, payroll, tax returns, year-end accounts or company setup, for whom, and how to reach you. We build the pages from your facts: services, fees if you want them shown, office address and hours, and contacts. The texts are plain and factual: we do not give tax advice, promise savings or invent qualifications, memberships, client names or reviews. People reach you with buttons that call, write an email or open a messenger. There is no client portal, no document upload and no form that sends data, no booking system, and hosting and a domain are not included.

What we need from you
What the firm does and for whom, the list of services, fees if they should be shown, office address, hours and contacts exactly as they should appear, the languages you serve clients in, and any qualifications or memberships you really hold, written as they should read. Optionally up to 5 pictures as PNG, JPEG or WebP: your logo and photos of your office that you have the right to use.
We will ask you:

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can clients send us documents through the site?
No. There is no server, so the site cannot receive files or forms. Buttons open an email to you, a call or a messenger, and we can add a link to a secure portal you already use.
Will the site give tax advice?
No. The pages describe your services and how you take on clients, in your own facts. They promise no savings or refunds, and deadlines or rules appear only as you write them.
Can you show our qualifications and memberships?
Yes, if you hold them and write them in the brief exactly as they should appear. We never add licences, memberships, client logos or reviews you did not give us.
Can I change the fees later?
Yes. The site is plain HTML and CSS, so fees and texts can be changed in any code editor. Within your package you can also ask us for changes on the order page.
How do I put the site online?
Upload the contents of the archive to your hosting so that index.html is at the top of the site, through the hosting's file manager or FTP. Hosting and a domain are not part of the order, and we do not log in to your accounts.
