About this service
A team page looks messy when every portrait has a different background: a home office, a holiday, a grey wall. We place each person on one matching background, such as a soft studio grey, your brand colour or the same blurred office, and even out the light so the photos sit together on your site, in a pitch deck or on an email signature. Each picture is made from one of your colleague's photos as a PNG of about 1.5 megapixels, with faces and clothes kept as they are.

What we need from you
Up to 5 portraits as PNG, JPEG or WebP, one per colleague, ideally from the chest up and with similar framing. Tell us the background (a HEX code keeps future orders identical), where the photos will appear, and that each colleague has agreed. Parts cut off by the edge of the photo are recreated, not restored exactly.
We will ask you:
- Which background should everyone share?
- Where will the photos appear?
- Is there an existing portrait we should match?
- How many people are in the team?

- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can you also crop everyone the same way?
Each picture keeps the shape of its photo, so send portraits with similar framing, and crop them to the same size in your site builder or editor. The background and light we make consistent.
Can you dress everyone in the same shirt?
No, this service changes only the background. Clothes, faces and hairstyles stay as they are in each photo.
Will people still look like themselves?
Yes, they stay recognizable, but each picture is redrawn, so small facial details, glasses or a badge can differ slightly. Ask each colleague to check theirs and request a revision if needed.
Do we need permission from each colleague?
Yes. Send only photos your company has the right to use, with each person's agreement. We don't make ID badge or passport photos, add no nudity and never put a celebrity or another face in place of a colleague.
