About this service
If you sell used or new items on eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Mercari or a local classifieds site, a clean background makes a phone photo from the garage or the sofa look trustworthy. We place the item on white, light grey or a plain colour, keeping its real condition, so marks and wear stay visible for an honest listing. Each picture is made from one of your photos as a PNG of about 1.5 megapixels, well above eBay's minimum of 500 pixels on the longest side.

What we need from you
Up to 5 photos as PNG, JPEG or WebP with the whole item sharp and in good light. Tell us the platform, the background you want and any wear or defects that must stay visible. Parts cut off by the edge of the photo are recreated, not restored exactly.

Questions and answers
Can you remove scratches or dents from the item?
No. We change only the background, not the item, because buyers expect the photos to show the real condition and platforms can side with them if it doesn't. Mention defects in your listing too.
My item is white. What background should I choose?
Light grey or a soft colour shows a white item's edges better than pure white. Give us a colour code if you want all your listings to match.
Will brand names and labels stay exact?
The item keeps its shape and colours, but the picture is redrawn, so small text such as a serial number or a size tag can change. For those, add your original close-up photo to the listing.
What can't I send?
Photos you took from other listings or the internet, receipts, service books and other documents, and photos of people who haven't agreed; send only photos you have the right to use. We add no nudity and never put another real person into the photo.
