Client: Fern & Stem, a small flower studio that delivers bouquets across Lisbon. Task: a landing page with their bouquets, weekly subscription and event flowers, prices, delivery terms and WhatsApp ordering, in cream, sage and terracotta.

About this service

Pet owners open a vet clinic page when they are worried, often on a phone, and want three answers at once: are you open, can you help my animal, and how do I call. So your phone and hours sit at the top, followed by the animals you treat, services such as check-ups, vaccinations, surgery and diagnostics, the vets as you introduce them, prices if you show them, the address and parking. Appointments go through a call, a messenger or your existing booking link; the page has no booking system or payment. We state your own facts only: no promises of cures, no medical advice, no invented licences, equipment or reviews.

What we need from you

The clinic's name, address, parking and hours, a night or emergency number if you have one, the animals you treat, your services and prices if they should be shown, the vets' names and experience as they should read, what to bring to a first visit, licence details if you want them on the page, and how to book: phone, messenger or your booking link. Up to 5 pictures as PNG, JPEG or WebP: your logo and photos of the clinic and vets you have the right to use.

Questions and answers

Will you write care tips for pet owners?

No medical advice or care tips from us. The page can carry your own instructions, such as what to bring or how to prepare for surgery, exactly as you send them.

Can owners book an appointment online?

The page has no booking system. The button calls the clinic, opens a messenger or leads to the online booking you already use.

Should we show prices?

That is up to you. Owners like to see at least prices from for check-ups and vaccinations; we put only the figures you send and mark them as from if the final price depends on the case.

Can you mention our licence and equipment?

Yes, as you word it: send the licence details and the equipment you actually have. We never invent them, and we do not draw other companies' logos.

How do I put the page online and change hours?

Upload the contents of the archive to your hosting so that index.html is at the top of the site. Hosting and a domain are not part of the order, and we do not log in to your accounts. Hours and prices are plain text in the HTML and can be changed in any code editor.
