About this service
We design cover images for long-form posts on X: the header of an X Article and the image on the first post of a long thread. A cover has to promise the payoff of a long read in one picture, so it shows the topic as a strong metaphor with a short title of up to five words. The image is wide with the key content centred, so the cover crop on X keeps it.

Which size should the cover be?
X crops article covers to a wide strip. The picture is drawn wide with the subject centred; crop or resize it in any tool if X asks for a different ratio.
Do I need an image for every post of the thread?
Usually the first post matters most. In Standard and Premium you can add images for key posts inside the thread.
Can you write the thread?
This service designs the cover. Share your text or summary so the image matches it.
