What you can order now
A new project starts with a name. Naming gives you name options and, in the larger packages, slogans and a check of free domains.
How an order works
You choose a package with a fixed price, volume and deadline and pay; the money is reserved, and the deadline starts once you fill in the brief. Before delivery the result is checked against your brief. Accept it or ask for changes: revisions within the package are free.
Questions and answers
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Each package includes a set number of free revisions within your original brief; the number is shown in the package. A request that goes beyond the brief is placed as a new order.
How long does it take?
Each package has its own deadline, shown on the service page before you pay. It starts once you fill in the brief after payment.
When does the money go to the service?
The amount is reserved when you pay and released to the service only once the work is accepted. The price is fixed in the package and does not change after payment.
