About this service
Editors and animators quote very differently for "a short promo video", and the first cut often misses the pace, the music or the brand look you imagined. We write a brief they can price and follow: purpose and audience, length and aspect ratios for each platform, style references described shot by shot, the footage and assets you provide, text on screen, music and voice, and the delivery specs. Revision rounds and what counts as a revision are written down, so both sides know when the job is finished.

How it works
- 1BriefYou describe the video and send references
- 2StructureWe turn it into scenes and specs
- 3Brief readyYou send it to editors or animators
What we need from you
What the video is for and where it will be shown, the length you want, links to videos you like and dislike, the footage, logo and fonts you have, the deadline and a rough budget.
We will ask you:
- Is it live-action editing, motion graphics or character animation?
- Where will the video be published?
- Which footage, voice-over or music do you already have?
- What is your deadline and budget range?

You pay when you order, but the money is released only for accepted work.
- Fixed priceThe package price does not change after you pay.
- The money is reservedWhen you pay, the amount is only reserved. It is released to the service once you accept the work.
- Checked before deliveryEvery result goes through a quality check before it reaches you, and you see it on the order page before accepting it.
- Free revisionsAsk for changes within your brief as many times as the package allows.
- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.

Questions and answers
Do you write the script or voice-over text too?
The brief includes a scene list with on-screen text. A full voice-over script is a separate order.
Will you find an editor or animator?
No, we write the brief only. It includes questions to ask candidates so you can compare their replies.
Can I use music from a famous song?
Only with a licence. The brief notes which music and stock footage need licences, and the editor or you arrange them.
