About this service
Halfway through a project you realise the checkout needs a guest option or the app needs a second language, and a quick chat message turns into a dispute about price and deadline. We write a change request your developer can answer properly: what exists now, what should change and why, which screens, data and features it touches, what stays the same, and how you will accept it. With a clear document both sides can agree on extra cost and time before the work starts, not after.
What is included
- What you getA change request with current state, requested change and reason, affected areas, out-of-scope items, acceptance criteria and questions for the developer, as formatted text to send in your project chat or tracker.
- Before and afterCurrent behaviour and the requested one
- Impact listScreens, data, integrations and texts
- Out of scopeSo the change does not grow on the way
- Acceptance criteriaHow you will check it is done
- Questions for the developerCost, time and risks to confirm
How it works
- 1BriefYou describe the project and the change
- 2ScopingWe list what it touches and what it does not
- 3DocumentYou send the request to your developer
What we need from you
What the project is and what has already been built, the change you want and why, any deadline or budget limits, and the original agreement or task text if you have it.
We will ask you:
- What exactly should change?
- Why do you need it now?
- What was agreed in the original task?
- Is there a deadline or budget the change must fit?

Payment protection
You pay when you order, but the money is released only for accepted work.
- Fixed priceThe package price does not change after you pay.
- The money is reservedWhen you pay, the amount is only reserved. It is released to the service once you accept the work.
- Checked before deliveryEvery result goes through a quality check before it reaches you, and you see it on the order page before accepting it.
- Free revisionsAsk for changes within your brief as many times as the package allows.
- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Will this tell me how much the change costs?
No. It gives your developer everything needed to quote; any figure we mention is rough guidance, not a quote.
Can it help in a dispute with the developer?
It makes the request clear and written, which helps both sides agree. It is not a legal document and not legal advice.
Can I put several changes in one order?
Yes, Standard and Premium cover several requests, each with its own scope and criteria.
