Do you check trademarks?
No, a trademark search is not included. Before you register or launch a name, check it in the trademark register of your country or with a lawyer.
Do you check cosmetics labelling rules?
We avoid words that are commonly restricted, but labelling rules differ by country. Check the final name and claims with your regulatory adviser.
Can names be in French or Korean for a certain feel?
Yes, if it fits the brand. We check that words are spelled correctly and easy for your customers to say.
