- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.

Do you check trademarks?
No, a trademark search is not included. Before you register or launch a name, check it in the trademark register of your country or with a lawyer.
Do you check if a restaurant nearby has the same name?
No. Search your favourites on maps and in your local business register before you order the sign.
Can names use a foreign language?
Yes, if it fits the cuisine. We make sure the words are easy for your local guests to say.
