The style ranges from a classic certificate with a ribbon emblem to a modern clean card that also looks good when shared in a team chat or on LinkedIn. Yes, that is the idea. The name, month and reason lines stay blank, so HR fills them in each time.

The picture is landscape, close to a standard sheet; you may need to crop the edges slightly to fit your frame.
