We design promo images for a Facebook Live broadcast: a teaser post before the stream, a “we go live in one hour” reminder and an image for the replay. A live promo has to make people set a reminder, so it shows the topic, the host or guest space and a bold LIVE marker, with the time added by you so it is exact for every timezone. It suits Q&As, product drops, church services, workouts, auctions and interviews.

Questions and answers
Can you put the start time on the image?
We leave a clear spot for it. Type the time in an editor, ideally with the timezone, so it is exact.
Can I use it for the stream itself?
You can show it as a waiting screen in your streaming software before you go live. Overlays for the broadcast are a separate design task.
Will the same image work on Instagram Live?
Yes, crop or resize it in any tool for your Instagram post or story.
