Practical details are never skipped: wax type and burn time, ingredients as on your label, weight and a note that every piece is slightly different. For soap and skincare we describe how it feels and smells and steer clear of claims like "heals eczema".

- Free revisionsAsk for changes within your brief as many times as the package allows.
- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can you write that my soap is good for sensitive skin?
Only if you have test results. Otherwise we describe the ingredients and how the soap feels.
I sell 20 scents. Do I need 20 descriptions?
Often a shared base text with a short paragraph for each scent works well. Order Premium for up to 10 and tell us about the rest.
Will you add my brand story?
Yes, as a short maker's note in each description.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes, within the revisions of your package.
