- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can you make before/after posts from my photos?
No, we do not edit photos. Show real before/after results with your own photos; drawn pictures are for ideas, announcements and tips.
Can you add my price list?
A full price list is better made in any editor on top of our background, so prices stay exact and easy to update.
Will drawn nail designs mislead clients?
Present them as ideas or inspiration, not as your finished work, and clients will see the difference.
Will the posts fit the Instagram feed?
They are drawn vertical, the shape the feed shows best; crop them in any editor to 4:5 or a square if you prefer.
