- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Why not draw my products?
A drawn item would differ from what you actually make, and handmade buyers notice. We draw frames, backgrounds and process scenes, and you add real product photos in any editor.
Can you put the fair address and dates on the post?
The picture holds one short line like "See you at the market"; add the address and dates in any editor or in the caption.
Will the posts fit the Instagram feed?
They are drawn vertical, the shape the feed shows best; crop them in any editor to 4:5 or a square if you prefer.
Do I get an editable source file?
No, you get finished PNG images. Vector or layered source files are not included.
