Can you put the rules on the image?
No, a list of steps is not drawn reliably and is hard to read. Write the rules in the caption; if you want them on a slide, add them in any editor.
Will the prize look exactly like the real one?
It is drawn from your description. For a specific product, leave space and add its real photo in an editor, so winners get what they saw.
Do I need to follow Instagram's rules for giveaways?
