About this service
Small businesses often grow around one face, so we turn the owner's photo into a friendly cartoon character for the brand: the baker with a rolling pin, the plumber with a giant wrench, the fitness coach mid-jump or the realtor holding a house key. The mascot can greet visitors on the About page, appear in social posts and newsletters, or go on menus and loyalty cards, and it makes the business feel personal without needing a new photo for every post. Each picture is redrawn from one of the owner's photos as a PNG of about 1.5 megapixels, which suits screens and small print but is not a vector logo for signs or vans.

What we need from you
Up to 5 clear photos of the owner (PNG, JPEG or WebP), ideally in work clothes or with a typical tool, which the owner agrees to use. Tell us the business, its colours, the props and poses you want and where the mascot will appear. We don't work with photos for IDs or other documents, nudity, or swapping in the face of a celebrity or anyone else.
We will ask you:

- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can I use the mascot as my logo?
You can use it on your site and in posts, but it is a PNG picture, not a vector logo file. For signage, vans or embroidery a vector version would be needed, and we do not check trademark registers.
Will the mascot look exactly the same in every picture?
Each picture is redrawn from one photo, so the face stays recognizable, but small details such as buttons or hair strands can vary slightly between poses. Order the poses together and point out anything to align in a revision.
Can the mascot be a staff member instead of the owner?
Yes, as long as that person agrees to become the face of the brand and you can use their photos. Think about what happens to the mascot if they leave the company.
Can you write our name on the apron?
Words drawn inside the picture can come out misspelled, so we leave the apron plain. Put your name or logo on it in an editor, where it stays sharp and correct.
