About this service
We turn your dog, cat, rabbit or parrot into a cartoon star with a big head, huge eyes and a personality to match: the cat ruling from a cardboard-box throne, the beagle in a superhero cape, the hamster as a tiny chef. It makes a gift for a pet lover, a card for a pet's birthday, an avatar for your pet's account or a warm keepsake of a pet who has passed. Each picture is redrawn from one of your photos as a PNG of about 1.5 megapixels, good for screens, mugs at small size and postcard prints.

What we need from you
Up to 5 photos of your pet (PNG, JPEG or WebP) that you have the right to use, with the permission of anyone else in them, taken at its eye level, with sharp eyes and good light, and the whole body visible if you want it in the picture. Tell us its name, character, favourite toy and markings that must stay. We don't work with photos for IDs or other documents, nudity, or swapping in the face of a celebrity or anyone else.

- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Which photos work best for a pet?
Photos taken at the pet's eye level in daylight, with the eyes in focus. Blurry action photos or a dark coat in a dark room make the result less like your pet.
Will my pet's markings be exact?
The coat and colours follow your photo, but small spots or a thin stripe can shift slightly when the picture is redrawn. Tell us which markings matter and we correct them in a revision.
Can two pets be in one picture?
Yes, if they are together in the same photo, because each picture is made from one photo. Otherwise order one picture per pet.
Can it go on a mug or a T-shirt?
On a mug or a small chest print it looks fine. A full-size T-shirt print or a large poster needs more pixels than about 1.5 megapixels.
