Studs, hoops, drops and charms are shown at the angle that explains them best, on a neck or ear or on a plain background. It is a quick way to try an idea for a small jewellery brand or a gift before paying for samples.

- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can I use these images to sell pre-orders?
Only if you clearly say they are concept images. Buyers should see photos of the real piece before it ships.
Will the clasp and ear wires be technically correct?
They show the idea of the fastening. Your jeweller or supplier chooses the actual findings and sizes.
Can the pendant include a name or initials?
Short initials usually work. Longer engraved text can come out uneven in images, so treat it as a placeholder.
