What we need from you
The shoe type and use, the silhouette (low, mid, high), sole height, upper materials, colourway and the details that must be there.
We will ask you:
- What is the sneaker for?
- Low, mid or high top, and how thick is the sole?
- Which materials and colours go on which panels?
- Should your logo or a placeholder mark appear on the side?

- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can you put a famous brand swoosh or stripes on it?
No. We do not use other brands or their signature marks. Your own logo is shown only as a simple placeholder.
Is this enough for a footwear factory?
It gives the look. Factories also need a tech pack with materials, measurements, last and size run from a footwear designer.
Can I order a custom colourway of my existing shoe?
Describe the shoe shape in words and the colours per panel. We draw a similar generic silhouette, not a branded original.
