- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can you show my own dog in the image?
We cannot see photos, but describe the breed, colour and markings, and a similar dog appears in the scene.
Is the toy chew-proof?
The image shows the idea only. Durability and safety for pets depend on the real materials and testing.
Can I use the images for a crowdfunding page?
Yes, if you label them as concept images. Backers should know the final product may differ.
