- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can a workshop or factory make the product from these images?
Not directly. These are concept images of the idea. For production you will need 3D files and technical drawings with measurements from a designer or engineer.
Can I send my sketch or photos?
The images are created from your written description only. Describe the shape, proportions and details in words, and we follow them.
Can you copy a product from a famous brand?
No. We do not copy other brands, logos or protected designs, but a well-known item can be a reference for the general mood.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes, for example a different colour, material or shape detail, within the revisions of your package.
