About this service
A product finder helps visitors who don't know which item to pick: it asks about their needs and points to the right product from your range. Give us the questions with their answers, the products with names, short descriptions and page addresses, and the rule for which answers lead to which product, and we build one block for your site: the texts, pictures drawn for it and the code. The result shows the product with a button to its page in your shop, or to call or message you. It has no cart, stock or prices of its own, and it does not save or send answers. We don't invent product features: every pick follows your rules.

What we need from you
What range the quiz covers and for whom; the questions with their answers; the products it can lead to, each with its name, a short description and the address of its page; a table or list of which answers lead to which product; the result texts if you have them; where the other buttons lead; your site's colours. Optionally up to 5 pictures as PNG, JPEG or WebP: your logo or product photos you have the right to use; with a larger range, the result cards show names and texts, or pictures drawn for product groups.

Payment protection
You pay when you order, but the money is released only for accepted work.

- The money is reservedWhen you pay, the amount is only reserved. It is released to the service once you accept the work.
- Checked before deliveryEvery result goes through a quality check before it reaches you, and you see it on the order page before accepting it.
- Free revisionsAsk for changes within your brief as many times as the package allows.
- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
How many products can the quiz lead to?
As many as your rules describe, but a quiz reads best with a handful of results. Only 5 photos can be uploaded, so for a bigger range it often helps to lead to product groups and their pages.
Does it show live prices and stock?
No. The block is not connected to your shop: it shows only the texts from your brief. Link each result to its product page, where the price and stock are current.
Can visitors add the product to the cart from the quiz?
No. The button opens the product page in your shop, and the visitor buys there as usual.
Will I see which answers visitors chose?
No. The block does not save or send answers. Counting quiz use needs an analytics tool on your site, which is not part of this service.
Can I change the prices later?
Yes. The prices and rules sit in script.js, in plain JavaScript, and can be changed in any code editor. Within your package you can also ask us for changes on the order page.
