About this service
Buyers and renters often don't know where to start in a long list of homes. This quiz asks what matters to them, such as buy or rent, budget, location, rooms and when they want to move, and points to the matching category or project from your offer. Give us the questions with their answers, the categories or projects with short descriptions and page addresses, and the rule for which answers lead where, and we build one block for your site: the texts, pictures drawn for it and the code. The result ends with buttons to call or message you or open the listings page. The block does not save or send answers, so it collects no leads by itself, and shows only listings and prices you give.

What we need from you
What you sell or rent and to whom; the questions with their answers, with budget ranges in your currency; the categories or projects the quiz can lead to, each with a short description and its page address; the rule for which answers lead where; the result texts if you have them; where the buttons lead; your site's colours. Optionally up to 5 pictures as PNG, JPEG or WebP: your logo or photos of your projects that you have the right to use.

You pay when you order, but the money is released only for accepted work.

- The money is reservedWhen you pay, the amount is only reserved. It is released to the service once you accept the work.
- Checked before deliveryEvery result goes through a quality check before it reaches you, and you see it on the order page before accepting it.
- Free revisionsAsk for changes within your brief as many times as the package allows.
- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Will the quiz send me the visitor's contacts?
No. The block does not save or send answers or contacts, so on its own it does not collect leads. At the end the visitor taps to call or message you. Receiving answers needs a form service, which is not part of this service.
Does it show live listings?
No. It shows only the categories and texts from your brief. Link each result to a page on your site where the listings are kept up to date.
Can it advise on a mortgage?
No. It can point to your own mortgage page or show a text you give, but it gives no financial advice and counts nothing you don't define.
Can I update the projects later?
Yes. The offers, texts and rules sit in script.js, in plain JavaScript, and can be changed in any code editor. Within your package you can also ask us for changes.
