About this service
We draw illustrations for the moments in a web app when there is nothing to show or something just happened: an empty inbox, no search results, no projects yet, a successful payment, a sent invite, a lost connection or a 404 page. Each scene is calm and small enough to sit above a line of text and a button, and the whole set shares one palette and character style that match your interface. The tone stays friendly, so an empty or error screen feels like a hint, not a dead end.

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Do you write the empty-state text too?
No, the illustrations carry no text. The message and button live in your interface, so you can change and translate them freely.
Can I get them with a transparent background?
This service draws on a plain background in your screen colour. If you need transparent cut-outs, the icon set service works on a transparent background.
Can the illustrations move on screen?
We deliver still PNG pictures; animation is not included.
