- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Will the mascot look the same in every clip?
It keeps the shape, colours and clothes from your picture. As it moves and turns, small details may differ slightly, so a clear, front-facing picture of the whole mascot on a plain background works best.
We don't have a mascot yet. Can you make one?
You can describe one in the brief and we create it in the clip, but you won't get a finished mascot design with drawings from every side. For a mascot you will use everywhere, have it drawn first and send us the picture.
Can the mascot be a known cartoon character or use someone's voice?
No. We don't copy characters of other brands or cartoons, and the voice is created to fit your mascot, not taken from a real person's recording.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes, a different line, scene or voice within your package's revisions. Each change makes the clip anew, so gestures and camera moves will differ.
