Will the stones look exactly as they are?
Sparkle and light are added for the scene, so stones can look brighter than in daylight. We keep colour and metal close to your photo; give the real stone and metal details in your listing, not through the clip.
Can the piece be shown on a hand or neck?
Yes, on a hand, wrist or neck made for the video, not a real person's. On skin the piece may change slightly, so for the most exact look a stand or a velvet bust is safer.
Can an engraving or hallmark be shown?
Tiny engravings and hallmarks blur in motion, so we don't promise them. Show them in a still photo next to the video.
