About this service
A residential project page often has to sell a place that is not finished yet, so buyers look for the location, the apartment types and sizes, starting prices, amenities and how far construction has got. Upload a screenshot of your property developer site, a project brochure page or a sample you like, and we draw the landing in that style: a hero with the project's render carried over from your upload or a stand-in, a location block, apartment type cards with areas and prices from, illustrative floor plan frames, amenities and a book-a-viewing form. You get PNG pictures, not a page or code; each is made from one of your uploads at about 1.5 megapixels in its shape, wide from a desktop screenshot and tall from a phone one or an upright brochure page.

What we need from you
Up to 5 sharp pictures as PNG, JPEG or WebP (no PDF), one each: your property developer site, a brochure page with a render or a sample you like, from which we take only the style, never another developer's name, logo or renders. Write the project name, location, apartment types with areas and starting prices, key amenities and the completion date exactly. If you send fewer files than your package has, the extra pictures are further variants from the same file. Send only files you have the right to use; we never change or recreate permits, official floor plans, contracts or other documents.

- Free revisionsAsk for changes within your brief as many times as the package allows.
- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Will the floor plans be accurate?
No, they are illustrative frames that show where plans go, not drawings to scale. Use your architect's real plans on the live page; we never change or recreate official plans or permits.
Can you show mortgage or payment options?
We can draw a block with the payment terms you send, as short text. We don't give financial advice or work out rates, and you are responsible for the terms you publish.
Can the render come from our brochure?
Yes, if the render is in the uploaded picture: it carries over, close to the original rather than exact. Upload brochure pages as PNG, JPEG or WebP, not PDF.
What won't you add?
No invented sales figures such as "80% sold", awards, ratings or reviews, and no logos of banks, partners or other brands. Small text can come out imperfect and Latin-script languages work best, so check every price and area.
