About this service
An agency site has two jobs: to show a few current properties and to make people trust you with a sale or a search. We build a site of several pages with your services for buyers, sellers or tenants, the districts you know, how a deal goes with you, and listing cards with the price, size, rooms and district exactly as you give them. Property photos are only yours; the pictures we draw are illustrations of the city mood and never pass for a real flat. The listings are fixed in the code: there is no search, filter, database or feed from a listing site, and you change them by editing the code or with a new order. Buttons call you or open a messenger. You get the code in a ZIP; hosting is not included.

What we need from you
The agency's name and city, your services for buyers, sellers or tenants and your fee terms if you show them, the districts you work in, 2-4 current listings with price, size, rooms, floor and district, a registration or licence number only if it must appear, office address, hours, phone, email and messenger. Optionally up to 5 pictures as PNG, JPEG or WebP: your logo and photos of the listed properties that you have the right to use.

You pay when you order, but the money is released only for accepted work.

- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can the site pull in all my listings by itself?
No. The site has no server or database, so it cannot pull listings from a CRM or a property portal. The listings you send are written into the pages, and you change them in the code.
How many listings fit?
Listing photos come from your up to 5 uploads, so plan 2-4 properties with one photo each. Others can be added later in the code.
Can buyers leave a request or book a viewing?
Not through a form: nothing is sent from the site. Buttons on each listing call you, open WhatsApp or start an email about that property.
How do I put the site online?
Upload the contents of the archive to your hosting so that index.html is at the top of the site, through the hosting's file manager or FTP. Hosting and a domain are not part of the order, and we do not log in to your accounts.
