About this service

A winery website tells the story of the estate and helps people taste and buy your wines. We build pages for your wines with grape, vintage and tasting notes as you write them, the vineyards and cellar, tastings and visits, events, and the shops or restaurants that stock you, all from your brief. We write about taste, place and craft only, never about health effects, and an age notice line is added if you want one. We never invent awards, scores, prices or reviews. Visit buttons call you, open a messenger or lead to your existing booking link; buy buttons lead to your own shop or stockists. The site has no cart, payment or age check, and hosting and a domain are not included.

What we need from you

Your wines with grape, vintage, style and tasting notes, prices if they should be shown, the story of the estate in a few true facts, tastings and visits with days and what is included, your booking link if you have one, shops, restaurants or your own shop link where the wines are sold, any awards you really won, written as they must read, the age notice wording you want, and the address with directions. Optionally up to 5 pictures as PNG, JPEG or WebP: your logo, labels and photos of the estate that you have the right to use.

Questions and answers

Can people buy wine on the site?

No. There is no cart, payment or age check. Buy buttons lead to your own online shop or to stockists you name, or the page says where to buy.

Can we add an age notice?

Yes, a line or a banner with the wording you give, for example the legal drinking age in your country. It is a notice only: the site cannot check anyone's age.

Will you write about the health benefits of wine?

No. We write about taste, grapes, place and craft only, with no health or effect claims, and no awards or scores you did not give us.

Can visitors book a tasting?

Not through the site itself: there is no booking system. A button calls you, opens a messenger or leads to your existing booking link.

How do I put the site online?

Upload the contents of the archive to your hosting so that index.html is at the top of the site, through the hosting's file manager or FTP. Hosting and a domain are not part of the order, and we do not log in to your accounts.
