About this service

A charity website tells people who you help, how, and what they can do: give, volunteer, share or help with goods. We build pages for your mission, programmes, ways to help, the people behind the charity and its reports, all from your brief. The donate button leads to the donation page or bank details you already have: the site itself takes no money and has no payment form. We never invent figures, beneficiaries, stories, partners or registration numbers; a story or photo of a person appears only if you send it with their consent. Volunteer buttons open an email or a messenger. There is no form that sends data, no news CMS, and hosting and a domain are not included.

How it works

  1. 1
BriefYou describe your mission, programmes, ways to help and links
  2. 2
Site and previewWe write the texts, draw the pictures and build the pages, and you check them on a computer and a phone
  3. 3
ArchiveYou download the archive and ask for changes within your package

What we need from you

Your mission and who you help, the programmes with what each does, the ways people can help, the link to your donation page or bank details exactly as they must read, your registration number and legal name as they should appear, figures or reports only if you publish them, and contacts. Optionally up to 5 pictures as PNG, JPEG or WebP: your logo and photos you have the right to use, with the consent of anyone shown.

We will ask you:

  • Who do you help, and how?
  • Your programmes and ways to help
  • Where should the donate button lead?
  • Registration details and contacts

Payment protection

You pay when you order, but the money is released only for accepted work.

  • Fixed priceThe package price does not change after you pay.
  • The money is reservedWhen you pay, the amount is only reserved. It is released to the service once you accept the work.
  • Checked before deliveryEvery result goes through a quality check before it reaches you, and you see it on the order page before accepting it.
  • Free revisionsAsk for changes within your brief as many times as the package allows.
  • Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.

Questions and answers

Can people donate right on the site?

No. There is no server or payment form. The donate button leads to the donation page you already use, or the page shows your bank details as you give them.

Can you write stories of the people we help?

Only stories you send, in your words or theirs, with their consent, and with photos only if you have the right to show them. We do not invent stories or figures.

Can we post news and reports later?

Yes, by editing the HTML or adding a link to a report file. There is no CMS or admin panel. Within your package you can also ask us for changes.

How do I put the site online?

Upload the contents of the archive to your hosting so that index.html is at the top of the site, through the hosting's file manager or FTP. Hosting and a domain are not part of the order, and we do not log in to your accounts.
