About this service

A recruitment agency website speaks to two sides at once: companies looking to hire and people looking for a job. We build pages for employers, with the roles and industries you recruit for and how a search runs, and for candidates, with how you help them and a list of current vacancies from your brief. Each vacancy has an apply button that opens an email to you with the role in the subject, or a link to your job board. We never invent vacancies, salaries, employer names, placement figures or reviews. There is no CV upload, no form that sends data, no candidate account and no job board inside the site; vacancies are updated by editing the HTML, and hosting and a domain are not included.

What we need from you

The industries and roles you recruit for, how a search runs and your terms for employers if they should be shown, what you offer candidates, current vacancies with role, place, contract type and pay as you are allowed to publish them, the email or link for applications, any licence or registration you hold, written as it must read, and address and contacts exactly as they should appear. Optionally up to 5 pictures as PNG, JPEG or WebP: your logo and photos of your office that you have the right to use.

Questions and answers

Can candidates upload a CV on the site?

No. There is no server, so the site cannot receive files. The apply button opens an email to you with the role in the subject, so the candidate attaches the CV there, or it leads to your job board.

How do we update vacancies?

Each vacancy is a block in the HTML: copy it, change the text, or delete an old one in any code editor. There is no admin panel. Within your package you can also ask us for changes.

Can you name the companies we hire for?

Only if you give the names and have their permission. Otherwise vacancies describe the employer in general terms you choose.

How do I put the site online?

Upload the contents of the archive to your hosting so that index.html is at the top of the site, through the hosting's file manager or FTP. Hosting and a domain are not part of the order, and we do not log in to your accounts.
