About this service
Wrong expectations about size are a common reason for returns, so we take your photo and add clean dimension lines with the height, width, depth or weight from your brief, for example 30 cm x 20 cm x 12 cm or 11.8 x 7.9 in. We write only the numbers and units you give us, in metric, imperial or both, and you check every figure before the picture goes live. Each picture is made from one of your photos as a PNG of about 1.5 megapixels, square by default, for listings on screen and not for large prints.

What we need from you
Up to 5 photos as PNG, JPEG or WebP taken straight on or at a slight angle so the edges to be measured are clearly visible. For each picture, give the exact measurements with units, which edge each one belongs to and whether to show cm, inches or both.

Questions and answers
Will you convert cm to inches for me?
We write the numbers exactly as you give them, so send both values if you want both. Converting them yourself means you control the rounding, which buyers notice.
Can the product look bigger next to the lines?
No. The product stays as in your photo, and the lines only label it; we never change its size, hide defects or add parts. If the numbers and the look don't match, buyers return the item.
What if a number comes out wrong?
Text and numbers are drawn into the picture, so a digit can come out wrong; check the spelling and every figure and ask for a revision. The product is redrawn too, so small logos on it can change slightly, and the text cannot be edited as a separate layer.
Which photos and requests are not accepted?
Photos you have no right to use, document or ID photos, measurement charts copied from other sellers, and nudity. We never put in a celebrity or another real person, and each picture has a full background, never a transparent one; check Amazon's current rules for gallery images.
