About this service
Pet beds, bowls, collars, leashes, scratching posts and chew toys are usually photographed on the floor at home, often with stray fur on them. We make your photo an Amazon-style main image with the product alone on pure white, centred and large, lint and stray hair cleaned away, and buckles, stitching and fabric colour kept as they are. Each picture is made from one of your photos as a square PNG of about 1.5 megapixels, for listings on screen and not for large prints.

What we need from you
Up to 5 photos as PNG, JPEG or WebP of the product without the pet on or in it, fully in the frame and on the floor or a table. Tell us the size range, the exact colour and whether a collar should lie flat or be shown closed as a loop.

Questions and answers
Can you add my dog or cat to the main image?
No, the main image shows the product alone; marketplaces generally expect that for the first picture. A pet in the scene suits a gallery picture better; check the current marketplace rules for main images.
Can you remove chew marks or a worn spot?
Stray fur and lint are cleaned off, but real damage and defects such as chew marks, tears or worn spots stay, because we never make a product look better than what the buyer gets. Photograph a new item instead.
Will the print on a food or treat bag stay readable?
The picture is redrawn, so the bag keeps its shape and colours, but small print, feeding tables and weight marks can change slightly. Check them and ask for a revision; nutrition details belong in the listing text.
Which photos can't you take?
Photos you don't have the right to use, such as pictures from a manufacturer's site without permission. We don't make document or ID photos, add no nudity and never put in a celebrity or another real person, and every picture keeps a full background instead of a transparent one.
