About this service
A what's-in-the-box picture shows buyers every item they get, laid out neatly with a short label for each, such as "1 x kettle", "1 x base" or "2 x brushes". Each picture is made from one of your photos, so lay the whole kit out together in a single photo, and we label only the items that are really there and in your list, never adding any. You get a PNG of about 1.5 megapixels, square by default, for listings on screen and not for large prints, and you check the spelling and the counts before using it.

What we need from you
Up to 5 photos as PNG, JPEG or WebP with every item of the kit laid out together, flat on a table or the floor, nothing overlapping. Write the list of items with quantities exactly as the labels should read, the language and any brand colours.
We will ask you:
- Which items are in the box, with quantities?
- Should the retail box appear in the picture?
- In which language should the labels be?

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can you add an item that is not in my photo?
No. Each picture is made from one of your photos and shows only what is in it, so photograph the full kit together. Adding items buyers won't receive leads to complaints, and we never do it.
My kit has many small parts. Will they all be labelled?
Up to about 6 labels fit well, so group small parts, for example "Screw set (12 pcs)". Small screws and tiny parts are redrawn and can change slightly in shape, so check them and ask for a revision.
What if a label is misspelled?
Labels are drawn into the picture, so check the spelling and every quantity on each picture; revisions fix any mistake. The text is not a separate layer, so it cannot be edited later in a design tool.
What is not accepted?
Photos you have no right to use, document or ID photos, and nudity; we also never put in a celebrity or another real person. A damaged or missing part or any other defect is never hidden, and each picture has a full background, not a transparent one; check Amazon's current rules for gallery images.
