About this service
The main image is the first thing a buyer sees in search results. Send a photo of your product taken at home, in a warehouse or on a table, and we make it a clean main image: the product alone on pure white or a light plain background, centred and filling most of the frame, with even light and a soft shadow under it. The picture is square (1:1) unless you ask for another shape. It suits Amazon, Etsy, AliExpress, eBay, Walmart, Shopify and other marketplaces and online shops; each of them sets its own image rules, so check the current rules of yours. We keep the product as it is and add nothing to it. You upload up to 5 photos (PNG, JPEG or WebP), and each finished picture is made from one of them. You get PNG images of about 1.5 megapixels, e.g. about 1200 x 1200 pixels for a square: good for screens, marketplaces and social media, not for large prints. The picture is redrawn, so the product keeps its shape and colours, but small details can differ: small text, labels and logos on the product may change slightly; check the result and ask for a revision.

What we need from you
Up to 5 photos as PNG, JPEG or WebP, where the product is sharp, fully in the frame and not covered by hands or other things. Tell us the marketplace, the background (pure white or a light colour), the shape if not square, and what must stay exactly as it is, such as the label or the colour.

Questions and answers
Will the marketplace accept the picture?
We follow the usual rules for listing images, but each marketplace sets and changes its own, and only it decides. Check its current image rules, such as the background colour, how much of the frame the product fills and the minimum size, and tell us in the brief.
Can you add text, badges or a logo to the main image?
No, the main image shows the product only; many marketplaces do not allow added text on it. For pictures with captions, order our product photo with feature captions.
Is the size enough for a marketplace?
A square picture is about 1200 x 1200 pixels, which most marketplaces and online shops accept. Some ask for more for zoom; check the minimum size on your marketplace. The pictures are not meant for large prints.
Can you hide a defect or make the product look better than it is?
No. We never make a product look different from what the buyer will get: we do not hide defects, change its size or colour, or add features, parts or accessories it does not have. If something on the product came out different, ask for a revision.
Which photos won't you work with?
We do not make photos for passports, IDs, visas or other documents, and we never change documents, certificates or receipts. No nudity or sexual content, nothing that makes minors look suggestive, and we never put in a celebrity or another real person. Our pictures always have a full background, so a transparent PNG is not available.
Can I send any photo?
Send only photos you have the right to use, and get the permission of any people in them. Photos taken from other sellers, brands or websites are not suitable.
