About this service
A gadget makes more sense when buyers see it in use, so we show your earbuds by a laptop, your power bank in a hand, your smart plug in a wall socket or your phone stand on a desk, with light and scale matched to the scene. Hands can be added that belong to no real person, and the device keeps its real ports, buttons and screen, which stays dark or as in your photo instead of showing invented features. Each picture is made from one of your photos as a PNG of about 1.5 megapixels, square or in your shape, for listings and social media but not for large prints.

Questions and answers
Can the screen show an app or a battery level?
We keep the screen as in your photo or dark, and we never add apps, readings or features the device does not have. If you want the real interface shown, photograph the device with it on.
Can you show a well-known person using it?
No. We never put in a celebrity or another real person and we do not show children; we can add hands or a figure that is not a real person. Props such as a laptop or a phone are decor, so say in the listing what is included.
Will small icons and logos on the device stay the same?
The picture is redrawn, so the device keeps its shape and colour, but tiny icons, LED marks and printed logos can change slightly. Check them and ask for a revision; we never hide scratches or other defects.
Which photos can I send?
Only photos you have the right to use and that show your own device; no document or ID photos and no nudity. Every scene has a full background, never a transparent one, and Amazon sets its own gallery rules, so check them.
