About this service
A short video in a listing lets shoppers see the product turn, fold or catch the light, which photos alone can't show. Send 2 to 5 photos from different sides and we make clips in which the item keeps its shape, colours and details: it turns on a stand, sits in a styled scene or is used in everyday life, with light, camera movement and sound. You upload the videos to Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Walmart, Temu or another marketplace yourself, following its current rules.

Questions and answers
Will the marketplace accept the video?
Each marketplace sets its own length, size and content rules, and they change, so check the current ones in your seller account before uploading; Etsy, for example, asks for 5 to 15 seconds and plays listing videos without sound. You upload the video yourself, the marketplace decides whether to show it, and we don't promise approval or sales.
Can someone use the product in the video?
Yes, hands or a person can use it. People in our videos are created for the video and are not real; we don't recreate you, celebrities, public figures or other brands' logos.
Will sizes and ingredients on the label stay readable?
Large logos and shapes stay as in your photos, but small print such as ingredients or sizes may blur. Keep that information in your listing photos and description.
How many photos should I send?
At least 2, best 4 or 5: front, back, side and a close-up, on a plain background in even light. Sides you don't show are filled in to look natural, so the more you show, the truer the result.
