About this service
We draw concept images of branded pens and pencils that you hand out at trade fairs, hotels, clinics or conferences: the barrel shape and colour, the clip, the cap or push button and where the short name goes. A pen carries only a few centimetres of branding, so we show the name in a size that would really fit and check that the colours work together. The images help you choose between a cheap giveaway, an eco pencil and a metal gift pen before you order samples.

Questions and answers
Can you show our website address on the pen?
Long text on a thin barrel is hard to draw and to read. We show a short name; the supplier prints the exact address from your file.
Can you match a pen from a supplier's catalogue?
Describe its shape and we draw a similar one. Your supplier then picks the closest real pen from their range.
Is this enough to order engraving?
It shows the idea. For engraving or pad printing, the supplier needs your logo file and makes their own layout.
