About this service
Notebooks and pens are the classic company giveaway for conferences, training days and client meetings, and the cover finish changes how a logo comes across. We show hardcover and softcover notebooks, spiral pads and leather-look journals with the logo printed, debossed or in a foil look, plus metal, plastic and bamboo pens with the logo along the barrel or the clip; a pen barrel is narrow, so a long logo becomes tiny and its letters can blur or change slightly. The pictures are presentation mock-ups, not print-ready files, each made from one of your logo files (PNG or JPEG, not SVG) as a PNG of about 1.5 megapixels on a full background, for screens and catalogues, not for large prints.

What we need from you
A sharp PNG or JPEG of the logo (no SVG), plus the icon alone if you have it, since it reads better on a pen. Tell us the notebook type and cover colour, the logo finish (print, deboss, gold or silver foil look), the pen material and colour, and the scene.

Questions and answers
Can the supplier deboss from this picture?
No, a debossing or foil die is made from your original logo, not from a PNG mock-up. The picture only shows how the finish might look.
Will my company name be readable on the pen?
Short names in clear letters usually read well; long names or taglines on a thin barrel can blur or change slightly because the logo is redrawn. Check the close-up and ask for a revision.
Can a notebook and pen be in one picture?
Yes, that is the usual set. If you also want a close-up of the pen, it counts as a separate picture of your package.
Whose logo can I put on the notebooks?
Your own, or a client's or event's that you have the right to use. We never place other brands' logos or redesign yours, make no ID or document pictures, show no nudity and never add a celebrity or another real person.
