About this service
A new brand or a rebrand is often presented to the team and to clients as a stationery set: letterhead, envelopes, business cards, folders and a compliment slip with the logo in place. We lay these out as a flat lay on a desk or show single items, with your logo in the corner, the header or the centre, and body text shown as neutral placeholder lines; any contact details from your brief are small, so they can change slightly when redrawn, and this is a presentation mock-up, not a print-ready letterhead or business card file. Each picture is made from one of your logo files (PNG or JPEG, not SVG) as a PNG of about 1.5 megapixels on a full background, for a brand presentation or a website, not for large prints.

What we need from you
A sharp PNG or JPEG of the logo (no SVG) and your brand colours. List the items (letterhead, envelope, business card, folder, compliment slip, sticky notes), where the logo goes on each, the paper colour and the desk surface for a flat lay. Send only a logo you own or have the right to use.

Questions and answers
Can I print business cards from this picture?
No, it is a PNG mock-up, not a print-ready file with bleed and exact text. Have the card laid out from your original logo for the print shop.
Will my phone number and address show correctly?
We use only what you write in the brief, but small contact text is redrawn and can change slightly, so check every digit. For a presentation, placeholder lines are often the safer choice.
Can you make official forms, invoices or certificates?
No, we show stationery as a brand look only and never make or change documents, invoices, receipts or certificates. We never place other brands' logos or redesign yours, make no ID or document pictures, show no nudity and never add a celebrity or another real person.
