About this service
Conferences, trade shows, festivals and team offsites need badges and lanyards that match the event look, and organisers like to see them before ordering hundreds. We show name badges in card or plastic holders, round pin badges and woven or printed lanyards with your logo repeated along the strap, and can add short role labels from your brief such as Speaker or Staff; the repeated logo on a narrow strap is small and can soften, and these are presentation mock-ups, not print-ready files. Each picture is made from one of your logo files (PNG or JPEG, not SVG) as a PNG of about 1.5 megapixels on a full background, for the event page or the organiser team, not for large prints.

What we need from you
A sharp PNG or JPEG of the event or company logo (no SVG). Tell us the badge type and size, role labels and their colours, the lanyard colour and whether the logo repeats along it, and whether to show placeholder names or sample ones you write in the brief. Send only a logo you own or have the right to use.

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can you make staff ID cards or access passes?
No, we show event-style name badges only, without photos, barcodes or anything that looks like an official ID or a security pass. We do not make ID or document pictures of any kind.
Will names on the badges be spelled right?
We use only the names you give, but small letters are redrawn and can change slightly, so check each one. For printed badges, your registration system or printer adds the real names, not this picture.
Can the lanyard supplier use the picture?
Only as a reference for the look; it is a PNG mock-up, not a print file. Send them your original logo, and they will say what logo size the strap width allows.
Can sponsor logos go on the lanyards?
Only if they are already in your one logo file and the sponsors agreed. We never place other brands' logos or redesign yours, make no ID or document pictures, show no nudity and never add a celebrity or another real person.
