- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can you include photos of the people or animals we help?
We do not edit or place your photos. You can add a photo to the sheet in any editor, and we can leave a framed space for it.
Will the donation details be on the sheet?
There is a placeholder line in the footer; type your bank details yourself so they are exact.
Can we use it for printed mail-outs?
Yes, for office or home printing. Large print-shop runs need files with bleed, which are not part of this order.
