About this service
Schools and training centers send letters to parents, open day invitations, enrolment confirmations and notes to partners, and each of them should look official yet friendly. We design a vertical letterhead with the school's name, a header in your school colors and a light motif such as books, a crest-like shape or a stylized building, with a clear field for the text. Addresses, licence data and the principal's signature line are placeholders that you fill in.

Questions and answers
Does the sheet make a document official?
No. The design gives the look only; whether a document is official depends on your stamp, signature and local rules.
Can you place our crest?
We leave space for it and match the colors; add your crest on top in any editor so it stays exact.
How do teachers use it?
Insert the PNG as a full-page background in the editor you write letters in and type as usual; there is no editable template file.
