About this service
Patients keep a clinic's referral or results letter, show it at the lab and bring it to the next visit, so the sheet must look clean and trustworthy and stay readable even as a photocopy. We design a vertical letterhead in calm medical colors with the clinic's name, a light header and footer and a broad white field for the doctor's text. Phone numbers, licence data and opening hours appear as placeholder lines; you add the real ones in your editor.

Questions and answers
Can the letterhead replace official medical forms?
No. It is a branded sheet for letters and advice; forms set by health authorities keep their official layout.
How do our staff use it?
Put the PNG as a full-page background in your document editor, or in clinic software that allows a background image, then type as usual. There is no editable template file.
Can you add our licence number?
We leave a placeholder line for it. Type the number yourself so every digit is exact.
