- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can the scenes show the real children we help?
No. People in the scenes are created for the video and are not real persons, and we don't recreate anyone from photos. Present the scenes as illustrations of your work.
Can a scene start from our own photo?
Yes, a photo of your shelter, kitchen or project site can open a scene. Send photos of people only with their permission, and for children with their guardians' permission.
Can you add our bank details or a QR code?
No text or codes go into the frame, as they come out unreadable in motion. Add donation details on your slides or in your video editor.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes, for example a softer tone, warmer light or another setting, within the revisions of your package.
