- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Will the scenes show our actual building?
A scene that starts from your render shows it as it is in the first frame; as the view moves, the architecture may change in details. Treat the scenes as mood pictures and keep exact renders and plans on your slides.
Can you show a park or metro station that is planned but not built?
We show only what you confirm in your brief. Property advertising rules in many countries forbid promising what isn't there, so mark planned features clearly in your materials.
Can you add prices, floor plans or a mortgage rate?
No text or plans go into the frame, as small print comes out uneven. Add them on your slides or in your editor.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes, for example a different season, time of day or interior style, within the revisions of your package.
