- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Will the product look exactly like mine?
A scene that starts from your photo shows your product as it is in the first frame. As the scene moves, labels, fine print and small details may soften, so keep packaging close-ups as photos.
Can you show specs or a price tag?
No text goes into the frame, as small print comes out uneven in motion. Show specs on the next slide or add captions in your editor.
Can I get one finished product video?
You get separate scenes. Join them in any video editor and add your voice-over or captions there, or place each scene on its own slide.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes, for example a different setting or light for some scenes, within the revisions of your package.
