About this service

A class schedule flyer is a small timetable, with days, times, class names and sometimes instructors or levels, plus how to book and where you are. Upload a photo or screenshot of your current schedule flyer, poster or brand template, and we lay out the new term's timetable from your brief in the same grid, colours and fonts, ready for your reception desk, notice board or social posts. Each PNG mock-up is made from one of your uploaded files, keeps its shape and is about 1.5 megapixels, which suits screens and a print-shop preview but not large prints.

What we need from you

Up to 5 photos or screenshots of your schedule flyer or template as PNG, JPEG or WebP (no PDF), straight and sharp. Write the timetable exactly as it should read, up to about 8-10 slots per flyer with day, time and class name, plus the address and booking contact; send only files you have the right to use, and another studio's flyer is used only for its style, never its logo, brand or texts.

Questions and answers

We run 30 classes a week. Will it fit?

Not legibly on one flyer: about 8-10 slots read cleanly, and a crowded grid turns into tiny text with errors. Split it by days, studios or class types across several flyers, and check every time in the result; Latin-script names come out best.

Do you give advice on workouts or class levels?

No. We draw your timetable and class descriptions as you send them, and you are responsible for them; we give no health or fitness advice. Check that each level and age group is labelled the way you want.

Can the flyer show our instructors?

We name them in text but don't draw real faces from scratch. A photo already on your flyer is redrawn and can change slightly, like your logo and small text, so your print shop can place the original photos for print.

What won't you add?

No booking apps' or other brands' logos, no fake reviews, ratings or awards, and no recreated certificates, receipts or official forms. Every flyer has a full background.
