About this service

A hiring flyer on a shop window, notice board or social feed needs the role, the main conditions such as hours, location and pay if you share it, and one simple way to apply, all in your company's look so people trust it. Upload a photo or screenshot of your existing flyer, ad or brand template, and we make the hiring flyer in that style with the roles and details from your brief. Each PNG mock-up is made from one of your uploaded files, in its shape and at about 1.5 megapixels: right for posting and showing your print shop, not for large prints.

What we need from you

Up to 5 photos or screenshots of your flyer, ad or template as PNG, JPEG or WebP (no PDF), flat and sharp. Write the exact text, the role, a few key conditions, location, pay if you share it and how to apply, up to about 8-10 short blocks; send only files you have the right to use, and another employer's flyer is used only for its style, never its logo, brand or texts.

Questions and answers

Do you check that the job ad follows the law?

No. We draw the wording you send and give no legal or HR advice; you are responsible for the ad following local employment and anti-discrimination rules, such as not stating age or gender requirements where they are not allowed. Check the pay and conditions in the result.

Can I add a full job description?

Keep it to a headline and about 8-10 short blocks, because duties and requirements in long sentences come out with errors in a picture. Link to the full description on your careers page, and note that Latin-script languages give the cleanest text.

Can you show our team on the flyer?

A team photo already on your sample is redrawn, so faces, small text and your logo can change slightly. We don't draw real staff from scratch; for print, your print shop can use your original photo.

What won't you add?

No job boards' or other brands' logos, no fake employee reviews, ratings or awards, and no recreated contracts, certificates or official forms. Every flyer has a full background.
